Job Details
Full time/Part Time. Day, Weekend and Overnight shifts available. Our Residential programs are located in Lebanon and Lyme, NH.

•        Provides supports to people by assisting people in achieving their personal goals and desires, providing interaction and choices for activities which may include , but not limited to household chores, recreational activities, learning activities, physical fitness activities and money management.
•        Maintains effective communication and cooperative work effort with other staff through daily communication logs, verbal communications. Completes monthly progress notes to assure quality and continuity of support.
•        Assists or performs aspects of personal care such as tooth-brushing, toileting, bathing, clothing and feeding.
•        Ensures that health and safety are maintained. Provides guidance, supervision, and training for all individuals as needed in the areas of life/safety, daily living, communication, community, social, and leisure skills.
•        Implements behavioral support protocols as required.
•        Completes training and assists implementing use of alternative communication, vision and/or other adaptive equipment as needed.
•        Reports and/or documents routine or unusual events including completing daily logs, accident reports, outcome data sheets, etc. in a concise, understandable and legible manner.
•        Administers medications and performs advanced health care supports as required such as insulin, wound care, catheters and feeding tubes. Must maintain medication administration certification.
•        Performs required household duties such as cleaning, vacuuming, mending, laundry, and shopping.
•        Provides reliable and safe transportation to meet individual’s needs such as medical appointments which may include using own vehicle as needed for emergencies or other situations.
•        Completes on-going training requirements within PathWays and state required timeframes.
•        Works flexible weekly schedules that accommodate individual and program needs, including providing back-up coverage when necessary. Remains awake and alert throughout shift.

?        High School Diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age.
?        1+ years of similar experience preferred though we are willing to train
?        Experience with medical administration such as insulin, feeding tubes preferred
?        Must have and maintains valid driver's license, proof of personal automobile liability insurance coverage, and access to reliable vehicle.
?        Must possess good verbal, reading and written communication in English as well as basic math and computer skills.
